With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for in-person clients and by answering and directing incoming calls, providing a welcoming and professional experienceReceive, sort, and distribute mail efficientlySupport administrative tasks and assist with special projects as neededQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional attitude, polished appearance, resourceful, proactive problem-solving skillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesExperience with Applied Epic is a plus!This job is expected to be performed on-site in the Needham, MA office.Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.Salary range is $48,000 to $52,000 per year.We're an equal opportunity employer.
