Industrial Software Support & Training Specialist

TEKsystems

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire technical support specialist in Elgin, IL to serve as the primary technical contact for customers. You will provide phone, virtual, and on-site support, deliver software training, and collaborate with sales and engineering to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates will have experience with manufacturing software, CNC machinery, and strong troubleshooting skills with a consultative approach.
