Model Ownership Build, maintain, and continuously improve RecargaPay's 3- and 5-year financial model, ensuring it accurately reflects the business's current drivers, unit economics, and growth assumptions across all verticals. The model runs on Excel today, with room to evolve toward more structured FP&A tools as the company's planning stack matures. Model logic & reasoning: Be able to explain, reason through, and defend every assumption and mechanism in the model — revenue build, cost structure, credit/lending dynamics, regulatory capital, cash flow — to internal leadership and external investors. Scenario & sensitivity analysis: Develop scenarios, sensitivities, and stress tests reflecting...
