A leading entertainment company is seeking an Accounting Admin to support a busy Trust Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in accounting operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable handling administrative and accounting-related responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Process and upload incoming checks and payments
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Assist with check and wire processing activities
- Track payments and respond to internal inquiries
- Support the collection and distribution of tax documents, including W-9s
- Onboard clients, managers, and attorneys into internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with process improvement projects and administrative tasks
- Provide general support to the Trust Accounting team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
