Vibrant Health Systems is hiring proven sales closers for a nationwide, high-ticket, face-to-face one call close sales opportunity.
We are especially interested in successful automotive sales professionals who are ready to take their closing skills outside of the dealership.
If you have successfully sold cars, worked in F&I, desked deals, managed a sales floor, or led a dealership sales team, your skills may transfer extremely well to this opportunity and our fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a history of strong sales production, high personal income, consistent closing performance, or leadership in a high-performance sales environment.
The Opportunity

Vibrant Health Systems sells premium health and wellness technology directly to consumers at major trade shows and consumer events throughout the United States.
Our sales professionals travel to assigned events, engage with event attendees, demonstrate our products, uncover customer needs, build value, handle objections, negotiate, and close high-ticket sales.
The company handles event sourcing and customer traffic.
There is no cold calling.
There is no door knocking.
There is no requirement to build your own book of business.
Your primary responsibility is to perform at the event and close sales.
Our typical event schedule is concentrated around three-day trade show weekends. Regular travel is required, and candidates must be comfortable flying and working in different markets throughout the United States.
Company-approved travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, are covered.

What You Will Do

You will travel to assigned trade shows and consumer events and be responsible for the complete face-to-face sales process.
Your responsibilities will include engaging prospective customers, conducting product demonstrations, asking effective discovery questions, identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, building value, handling objections, negotiating within company guidelines, closing sales, and accurately completing required sales documentation.
You will also be expected to participate in product training, sales coaching, and performance reviews designed to continually improve individual results.
Compensation

This is a 1099, commission-based sales opportunity for experienced sales professionals.
The compensation structure is designed to reward strong production and closing performance.
Top candidates with verifiable recent earnings and a strong record of sales production may be considered for a transitional guaranteed draw program.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who is comfortable with performance-based compensation and wants income to be tied directly to sales production.
At least 3 years of successful professional sales experience
A proven record of strong personal sales production
Experience closing customers face-to-face
Experience with commission-based compensation
Confidence handling objections and negotiating
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States
Availability to work Friday through Sunday event schedules
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Willingness to be coached and held accountable to measurable sales performance
Automotive, F&I, high-ticket consumer sales, in-home sales, timeshare, home improvement, or similar closing experience is strongly preferred.
This Position Is Not a Fit If:

This opportunity is probably not right for you if you are primarily looking for a guaranteed hourly or salaried position.
It is also not a fit if your experience is primarily customer service, retail cashiering, account servicing, or order taking rather than actively persuading customers and closing sales.
Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel, commission-based compensation, direct customer engagement, objection handling, and asking customers to make purchasing decisions.
We are looking for professional closers—not people who simply want to "try sales."
