RollShield is seeking experienced in-home sales professionals to meet with homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area and close company-provided opportunities.

This is not an entry-level sales position and there is no cold calling required . We are looking for proven sales professionals who know how to run an in-home appointment, uncover customer needs, present solutions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

• Impact windows and doors

• Crimsafe security and hurricane screens

• Sunrooms and screen rooms
• Pergolas and patio products
• Commercial glazing and curtain-wall systems
• Interior glass and mirrors

Our extensive product portfolio allows representatives to recommend multiple solutions based on each homeowner's needs.

What You'll Do

You will run qualified appointments throughout the Tampa Bay area and manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed agreement.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled company-generated appointments
• Conduct a thorough discovery and needs analysis
• Build rapport and establish trust
• Recommend the appropriate home-improvement solution
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value
• Prepare accurate measurements, pricing, proposals, and agreements
• Professionally handle questions and objections
• Confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with homeowners who do not purchase during the initial appointment
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
• Participate in sales meetings and product training
• Represent RollShield professionally and ethically

What We're Looking For

We're looking for candidates with a documented history of sales success , preferably in an in-home or high-ticket sales environment.

Required qualifications:

• Proven sales or closing experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience overcoming objections and asking for the sale
• Ability to follow a structured sales process
• Strong discovery and customer-needs-analysis skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends based on homeowner availability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the Tampa Bay sales territory

Preferred Background

Candidates with successful sales experience in the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply:

Candidates selected for consideration will complete a phone screening followed by an in-person interview and sales exercise.

This is a commission-based position. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance.
