Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY
• State licensure (or eligibility) in Tennessee
• Experience with adolescent populations is preferred, but mentorship will be provided for new grads
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and upholding professional ethics

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of educational goals
• Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
