General Manager

NIGHTCLUB MANAGER WANTED

We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and hospitality-driven Nightclub Manager to lead our late-night operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands nightlife, creates memorable guest experiences, and can successfully manage a fast-paced, high-volume venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nightclub operations and ensure smooth, profitable shifts
• Lead, train, schedule, and hold bartenders, barbacks, servers, hosts, security, and support staff accountable
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Coordinate with DJs, entertainers, promoters, security teams, and vendors
• Monitor labor costs, beverage costs, inventory, cash handling, and nightly sales
• Enforce responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, atmosphere, music, lighting, and presentation standards
• Increase revenue through strong floor management, table service, promotions, and upselling
• Complete opening, closing, incident, and nightly management reports

Qualifications:

• Previous nightclub, lounge, bar, or high-volume hospitality management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Knowledge of nightlife operations, bottle service, bar service, and guest recovery
• Comfortable managing security-related situations and large crowds
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended late-night hours
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
• BASSET and Food Handler certifications preferred or must be obtained
• Must be dependable, professional, organized, and results-oriented
