DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Job Type: (Remote) Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in Jonesboro, known for its exceptional customer service and innovative approach to the industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This includes but is not limited to property information, client details, and financial records. You will also be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data, identifying and correcting any errors, and ensuring that all information is entered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You should also have a high level of accuracy and be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our systems, including property information, client details, and financial records Review and verify the accuracy of data, identifying and correcting any errors Ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality of all information entered Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data Keep track of all data entry tasks and deadlines Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent typing and data entry skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Joining our team as a Data Entry Specialist will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.
