Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical Construction Location: St. Louis Compensation: $95K – $130K Base + Full Benefits Package About the Opportunity We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with Mechanical Construction experience to support large-scale Design‑Build projects throughout the St. Louis market. This role will support Project Managers on complex HVAC, process piping, refrigeration, and controls projects across Data Centers, Food & Beverage, Government, and Industrial sectors. Responsibilities Assist with management of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Support scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals Coordinate field operations and project documentation Assist with cost tracking and forecasting Participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings Support self‑perform mechanical operations Qualifications 3+ years of Mechanical Construction experience Experience supporting HVAC, piping, plumbing, or controls projects Background with a Mechanical Contractor preferred Familiarity with Design‑Build project delivery Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, or Navisworks Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Competitive base salary Healthcare + HRA contribution 401(k) with company match Flexible PTO structure Career advancement opportunities Collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
