An exciting contract opportunity awaits speech-language professionals who are passionate about supporting preschool students! This full-time role involves working with children ages 3-5 across multiple school sites, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 17, 2026. You'll collaborate closely with another SLP on-site, ensuring a supportive environment and manageable workload, with a caseload of up to 50 students. This is an ideal position for clinicians who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy teamwork.
You’ll work with a diverse preschool population to deliver essential speech and language services and make a direct impact through early intervention. Candidates with interest or experience in occupational therapy will find this setting especially rewarding, as the school also has OT needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active CA SLP or SLPA licensure (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP roles
- Proficiency with in-person and teletherapy models
- Commitment to serving young learners aged 3-5
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work on-site with fellow therapists
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy for preschool-aged students
- Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and another on-site SLP
- Engage families in the therapy process and communicate student progress
- Support students across multiple school locations
- Participate in virtual Google Meet interviews
