Revere Plastics Systems is looking for a Plant Manager to help lead our Clyde, Ohio facility and strengthen the daily operating rhythm that keeps our plant safe, focused, and moving forward. This is a high-impact plant leadership role for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on the floor, brings structure to complex problems, uses data to make better decisions, and knows how to energize teams around clear priorities.

Our Plant Manager will help translate strategy into action by reinforcing the Revere Business System, strengthening front-line leadership, and improving performance across our core Key Performance Indicators.

What You’ll Do

· Lead daily plant execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and people goals.

· Serve as the #2 plant leader, providing leadership continuity, escalation support, and operating discipline alongside the General Manager.

· Facilitate daily war room routines, tier meetings, leader standard work, escalation processes, KPI reviews, and disciplined follow-up.

· Use dashboards, trends, Pareto thinking, root cause analysis, and structured problem solving to remove barriers and drive sustainable improvement.

· Strengthen the Revere Business System by creating repeatable daily management routines that connect data, action plans, accountability, and results.

· Develop front-line leaders through coaching, clear expectations, accountability, performance feedback, practical leadership development, and servant leadership.

· Lead by example on the plant floor through visibility, urgency, humility, follow-through, and a willingness to help the team solve real problems.

· Partner with Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, EHS, and Corporate Operations to align resources and deliver results.

· Build trust on the floor through consistent visibility, active listening, timely action, and clear communication across shifts.

Requirements:

 

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.

· 8+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.

· 8+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, leading by example, and holding leaders accountable.

· Experience working in a formal business system, operating system, or daily management system using KPIs, dashboards, trends, Pareto thinking, escalation routines, and structured problem solving preferred. Ability and desire to build this cadence where it doesn’t currently exist.

· Strong Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or waste-reduction mindset with demonstrated ability to turn data into action. Six Sigma green belt/black belt preferred.

· Ability to understand plant financials and connect operational decisions to business results.

· Demonstrated commitment to people development, servant leadership, accountability, and building high-performing teams.

· Plastic injection molding experience preferred.

Work Environment

This role is on-site at our Clyde, Ohio facility, a 24x7 manufacturing operation. The Operations Manager will maintain regular plant-floor presence, support core daytime operations, occasionally flex hours to connect with all shifts, and respond to business needs when required. The facility is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Sandusky, Ohio.
