Job Description

·         Supervise and lead a team of 4 non-union Maintenance Technicians on 2nd

·         Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven leader who drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs

·         Ensure accountability for PM completion and uphold equipment reliability standards across the facility

·         Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues including PLC programming, robotics, and heavy mechanical systems

·         Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical skills and professional growth

Key Requirements

·         Strong electrical skills with expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming preferred

·         Robotics experience is a plus

·         Minimum of 4+ years of experience supervising maintenance personnel
