2nd Shift Production Supervisor
We are seeking a production supervisor for the day shift running Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor
- Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met.
- Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.
- Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
A strong plant operations and supervisory background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and/or 3-5 years of related experience is required. Minimum High School diploma, with (2) years college strongly preferred.
Hours of Work: Normally 40 - 45 hours a week is required with overtime as needed.
