Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current, valid licensure for SLP in the state of Washington
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Skilled in conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and developing IEPs
- Ability to adapt therapy to individual and group settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.00 to $62.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
