Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Washington
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within school environments
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech-language interventions into the classroom
• Educate and support families on best practices for reinforcing therapy goals at home
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment
