Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington State as an SLP
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services is a plus
• Commitment to individualized and culturally responsive care for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive educational environment
