Make a meaningful impact supporting students from PreK through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant on a full-time contract basis. Located near Lacey, WA, this opportunity is tailored for professionals who thrive in dynamic school environments and are passionate about fostering communication skills essential for student success.

You will work four days each week, totaling 35 hours, collaborating with staff and families. Whether you bring experience in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or are a recent graduate in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), this position welcomes your expertise and dedication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current WA SLP License required
• Credentialed as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support diverse student populations across PreK-12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development
