Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor –

Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho Area (In-Person)
Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000/year, based on licensure and bonus opportunities

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our remote team. Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
• Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments (e.g., CDAs) for insurance compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW License in Idaho (Required).
• Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
