Life Skills & Transition Specialist

The Center for Disability Services, Inc. is seeking a passionate Transition Specialist to join the Langan School in Albany, NY. This role involves preparing students with disabilities for life beyond school by developing vocational education and life skills programs. Collaboration with teachers, families, and community partners is crucial in helping students achieve their goals. Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's degree, relevant certification, and 3+ years of experience in special education.
