We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Business Development to support the creation, implementation and management of our Global Technology and Operations (GTO) short-term and long-term growth initiatives with a primary focus on revenue generation and profitability.Broadridge’s Global Technology and Operations division offers a suite of advanced real-time transaction processing services that automate the securities transaction lifecycle, from desktop productivity tools, data aggregation, performance reporting, and portfolio management to order capture and execution, trade confirmation, settlement, and accounting.ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation, implementation and management of GTO short-term and long-term growth initiatives with a primary focus on revenue generation and profitabilityAssist in developing new market initiatives and assessing business opportunities through research and data analysisSupport senior business development leaders in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with GTO business unit leaders and the corporate M&A teamContribute to governance and monitoring of business development initiatives to ensure business performance and complianceAssist in performing financial feasibility studies and help evaluate new business opportunitiesSupport the identification and development of new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the GTO management team and business unit leadersResearch and analyze market, client and industry trends that impact GTO growth plans and help recommend solutionsHelp identify and qualify attractive market segments and adjacencies for growth investmentBuild working relationships with key stakeholders across business units and corporate functions to support alignment of GTO strategiesAssist in organizing and creating presentations for various levels of managementQualifications5-7 years in financial services or related industryExposure to Wealth and Investment Management preferredBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plusConsulting, investment banking, or financial analysis experience a plusKnowledge of AI and digital assets is helpfulAnalytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insightsAbility to collaborate across teams and business unitsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentationsEagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environmentCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000Bonus Eligibility: Bonus EligibleBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Benefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.
