Customer Care Rep

2nd Shift Customer Care Representative We are looking for a customer‑focused individual to support our 3rd shift pharmacy team. Responsibilities Provide excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Perform designated pharmacy compliance tasks assigned to the position. Support the 3rd shift pharmacist and pharmacy team as delegated. Ensure that customers remain the top priority on 3rd shift. Qualifications Pharmacy technician certification required within 90 days of hire, or new hires must obtain certification within 90 days. High school diploma or GED. Detail oriented. Customer service skills. Telephone etiquette skills. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Available to work overtime when needed. Knowledge of medical language and abbreviations. Friendly, hardworking, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
