Retail Sales AssociateAs a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.Your role includes:Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needsHelp customers find parts using digital toolsProcess cash and card transactions quickly and accuratelyReceive and process car titles and paperworkShare promotions, warranties, and events with customersKeep the store and yard clean and organizedProvide friendly and efficient serviceSupport your teammates and uphold core values: Respect, Help, Learn & GrowWhat you bring as a Retail Sales Associate:1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devicesStrong communication and multitasking skillsWillingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsAble to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the dayAvailability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededReliable transportationBonus skills:Basic automotive parts or repair knowledgeAutomotive parts sales experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Pull-A-Part is a national leader in the do-it-yourself used auto parts industry, offering a sustainable and customer-focused approach to automotive recycling.
