We’re looking for experienced, growth-minded real estate agents to join our team in Denver and the general Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Fort Collins).

This opportunity is designed for an agent who:

• Has been licensed for 2+ years
• Has closed real estate transactions and knows the fundamentals of the business
• Has an existing sphere/database and relationships they can build from
• Is hungry to grow but humble enough to know they don't have it all figured out
• Takes coaching well and actually implements what they're taught
• Wants to build a real business , not simply sell a few houses each year
• Is competitive with themselves and committed to getting better
• Values teamwork, accountability, integrity, and serving clients at a high level
• Wants more predictable business rather than relying solely on friends, family, and the occasional internet lead

You don't need to be a top producer. In fact, you might be exactly who we're looking for if you're currently closing a handful of transactions per year and know you're capable of much more.
