Project Coordinator

Under limited supervision, performs comprehensive and confidential coordination and administrative support activities to the Global IT Finance, Investments & Treasury department, and project management team.

Supports other Project Managers and their associated projects through responsibility over particular phase(s) and/or areas (i.e., scheduling, cost management, risk management, etc.) of those projects.

Responsible for project coordination on smaller efforts including scheduling, cost management, risk management, and relationship management on those efforts.

Responsibilities

• Performs coordination and support duties which include, but not limited to: creating/preparing correspondence and spreadsheets, and preparing varied reports.
• Creating/designing PowerPoint slides and presentation materials.
• Assisting department staff with various security related activities including, but not limited to, SSDLC activities, User Access Review (UAR) activities, and SOX compliance activities.
• Creates and manages formal project plans, tracks project progress against project milestones, captures, tracks and communicates project budget status, creates and communicates progress reports, creates presentations on project status, schedules project team meetings, prepares project team meeting agendas and capture & distributes detailed meeting minutes.
• Maintains contact with the projects stakeholders. Produces detailed reports and notifications as appropriate. Takes pro-active approach regarding corrective action where appropriate. Examines technical and business documentation for completeness and latest versions.
• Performs analysis including gathering, reviewing, and presenting information regarding budget status of projects.
• Adheres to company guidelines on records management duties (electronic and paper), including organizing, retrieval, archiving and storage.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years project coordination experience
• Experience in using Azure DevOps / TFS (or similar tool) and MS-Project
• Experience in using Microsoft suite of office tools (MS Word, MS EXCEL, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously and proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assign

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years-experience in project coordination and project management methodologies
• 5+ years-experience in using Azure DevOps / TFS (or similar tool) and MS-Project
• 5+ years-experience in using Microsoft suite of office tools (MS Word, MS EXCEL, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.)
