Project Coordinator

Role : Project Coordinator

Location Preference: Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA

Duration : Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Track schedules and deliverables from 30+ suppliers (component deliveries and documentation).

Monitor production equipment timelines and documentation status at the internal manufacturing facility in Mexico.

Develop and maintain a master project timeline for components and manufacturing equipment, aligned with the overall project plan.

Coordinate component deliveries with internal teams, including Manufacturing and MedTest.

Prepare and present weekly status reports to the PMO.

Identify potential risks, delays, and roadblocks, and proactively escalate issues as needed.

Required Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus: Basic project management capabilities, including:

Creating and maintaining Gantt charts (Microsoft Project preferred)

Managing project trackers and schedules

Bonus: Manufacturing industry experience would be an advantage.

This position will be part of the PMO organization and is intended to support project coordination activities at a level below a full Project Manager role.

Medical device experience is not mandatory for this role.
