CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer

Location: Turbotville, PA

Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer to join our team in the Turbotville, PA area. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and milling machines while maintaining high standards for precision, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience with G-code programming, Fanuc controls, multi-axis machining, and live tooling .

• Program CNC lathes and milling machines using G-code.
• Set up machines, tooling, workholding, and offsets.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Input, modify, and troubleshoot programs using Fanuc controls.
• Perform machining operations on multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Utilize live tooling as required for production needs.
• Inspect parts and perform in-process quality checks.
• Make adjustments to improve accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Experience programming CNC lathes and/or mills using G-code.
• CNC setup experience, including tooling and offsets.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with Fanuc controls.
• Multi-axis machining experience.
• Experience with live tooling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing plant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Adaptability to changing production priorities.

This position is based in a modern manufacturing facility near Turbotville, PA. Employees work with CNC lathes and milling machines equipped with Fanuc controls, multi-axis capabilities, and live tooling . This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Turbotville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
