KeyResponsibilities Tooling,Fleet&EquipmentManagement: Managethefulltoollifecycle,includingsourcing,inventory,assignments,returns,repairs,replacements,audits,warrantyclaims,SOPs,rebates,andnewtoolingevaluations. MaintainMilwaukeeToolinventoryandOneKeytrackingwhilecoordinatingjobsitedeliveriesandemergencytoolrequests. Maintainfleetservicerecords,compliancedocumentation,registrationstatus,utilization,preventativemaintenance,repairs,smogs,vehicletransfers,andfuelcardadministration. ManagevendorrelationshipswithMilwaukee,GMC,Ford,repairshops,andotherserviceproviders;researchfleetreplacementandtrackingsoftwareoptions. Warehouse,Logistics&Distribution: Supervisedailywarehouseoperations,includingreceiving,stocking,organizing,materialhandling,loading,unloading,storage,andinventoryaccuracy. Managewarehouseprioritiesduringleadershipabsencesandmaintaincontinuityofpurchasing,receiving,deliveries,andinventoryoperations. Scheduledeliveriesandpickups;coordinateemergencymaterial/toolingdeliveries,equipmentmovement,vehicletransfers,andjobsitemobilization/demobilizationlogistics. Supportfieldleaderswithprocurement,logisticsplanning,projectrequirements,jobsitecleanup,andmaterialrecoveryoperations. Purchasing,SupplyChain&Administration: Sourcematerials,equipment,andspecialtyitems;create/managepurchaseorders,will-callorders,expeditedpurchases,andprocurementsupportformajorprojectsandshutdowns. Researchvendors,negotiateequipmentoptions,evaluatecapitalpurchases,andassistfieldleaderswithprocurementplanning. Developwarehouse/toolingworkflows,improveFieldDocsandMiteradoption,trainemployees,troubleshoottechnologyissues,andmanageOneNotetrackingsystems. Improvepurchasing,receipting,reporting,recordkeeping,andprocesscomplianceacrossfield,warehouse,andmanagementteams. Insurance,Claims&Compliance: Serveasprimarypointofcontactforvehicleandequipmentinsuranceclaims. Gatherevidence,pricing,documentation,policereports,andexpensetrackingwhilecoordinatingwithcarriers,adjusters,repairfacilities,andinternalstakeholders. Evaluaterepairversusreplacementoptionsandtrackclaim-relatedexpensesandreimbursementactivity. Supporttoolsafety,PPEprocurement,toolboxtalks,ladderinspection/labeling,fleetcompliance,maintenancedocumentation,incidentreporting,andinvestigationactivities. Vendor&ClaimLeadership: Strongcapacitytomanagerelationshipswithmajorvendors(Milwaukee,GMC,Ford)andcoordinatecomprehensivelywithcarriers,adjusters,andrepairfacilitiesforvehicleandequipmentclaims. TechnologicalFluency: ExceptionalcapabilitytotroubleshoottechnologyissuesanddriveemployeeadoptionofsoftwareplatformslikeMilwaukeeOne-Keytracking,FieldDocs,Miter,andOneNote. AdaptiveProblemSolving: Youarecomfortablemovingbetweenhigh-levelconceptualplanning-suchasevaluatingcapitalpurchasesandfleetreplacements—andthetactical,boots-on-the-groundworkrequiredtocoordinateemergencyjobsitedeliveriesandfleetmaintenance.
