Job Summary This position primarily encompasses market development and promotional activities for Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent, CardioGen-82. The Nuclear Medicine Accounts Manager position involves direct interface with a variety of customers, including nuclear cardiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and radiologists, nuclear medicine technologists, nursing personnel, business administrators and financial officers, and nuclear pharmacists. Business interface with nuclear (SPECT & PET) camera equipment vendors, radiopharmacies, and providers of imaging services both mobile and free-standing imaging centers is also required. Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks Implement market development initiatives to expand cardiovascular PET imaging with CardioGen-82 Possess and acquire sufficient knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic imaging (Cardiovascular PET emphasis) Develop territory action plan with stated objectives, implementation steps, action items, timelines, etc. to achieve territory and company goals Coordinate and conduct educational programs (in-services, seminars, symposia, etc.) to customers on Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent, CardioGen-82 Build and maintain rapport with key thought leaders and cardiovascular diagnostic imaging businesses Maintain up-to-date territory records and customer information Provide technical support to nuclear medicine / nuclear cardiology departments Effectively communicate market intelligence and trends, including competitive information, to Bracco marketing and sales management Continuously develop personal knowledge relative to markets, products, customers, and Bracco business interests Ability to travel including some weekend travel for meetings and customer events Responsible management of time, company property (including vehicle), and all funding assigned Other duties may be assigned Education B.S./B.A. in a relevant field preferred Professional Experience, Knowledge and Technical Skills Minimum 3 years successful sales experience Successful sales experience in cardiovascular medicine, diagnostic imaging, or medical equipment preferred Effective communication skills (oral and written) Proactive demeanor with strong desire to succeed Ability to achieve results with minimum supervision Managerial Skills Business Acumen Collaboration and Impact Quality of Communication Ownership Mindset Customer Focus Soft Skills – Company Values & Behaviors Adhere to Bracco’s core values, including: Passion: Connecting People and Networking; Be Yourself Extraordinary: Leading People and Delegation; Courage Continuous Evolution: Insight and Learning Agility; Digital and Technology Orientation Core Relationships External Customers (Nuclear Medicine and PET department staff, Department Administrators, Nurses, Technologists, Purchasing Managers, Chief Technologists, CEOs, CFOs, Medical Directors) Nuclear Medicine Leadership Team and Sales Management Nuclear Medicine Marketing and Field Sales Team Nuclear Clinical Applications Specialists Professional Services and Nuclear Medicine Operations Team Certificates, Licenses, Registrations CNMT, NCT or ARRT (N) preferred Must be a licensed driver without restrictions and able to drive a car Field Sales Credentialing requires vaccinations and background checks; candidates must comply with credentialing obligations, including a 10-panel drug screen Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
