Position Overview Leasing Consultant for Evolve South Bay, Carson, CA. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, utilizing sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy. Responsibilities Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner. Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins. Maintain thorough, up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer. Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents. Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks and keep the property's paperwork organized and complete. Interact with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments. Qualifications 1 year of property management experience preferred. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes from within. Professional etiquette essential. Compensation and Benefits $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience. Monthly bonuses. Company profit sharing.
