Requirements: Strong marketing skills with experience conducting outside marketing (familiar with Panama City market) Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends Self-motivated, with a positive attitude Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leasing/marketing skills Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs) Enjoys planning & hosting resident social events Superior customer service skills Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license We offer a competitive salary with leasing commission and bonuses, Associate Recognition Programs, and outstanding benefits.
