Inside Sales Manager

About the Role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven  Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales organization in Ohio.

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced sales supervisor ready to take the next step into management. You'll lead through  people, metrics, accountability, and results while helping scale a rapidly growing organization.

We're looking for a  doer — someone who doesn't simply clock in and out, takes ownership, and does what it takes to get the job done.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Supervisors and Agents.
• Manage performance through sales metrics and KPIs.
• Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
• Coach leaders and ensure  no agent is left behind .
• Have difficult conversations and work toward solutions and common ground.
• Partner with leadership and confidently bring ideas and solutions.
• Use AI and technology to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Help build scalable processes as the company continues to grow.

• Proven  sales and leadership experience .
• Experience leading in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and team performance.

• Comfortable challenging ideas and having difficult conversations.
• Strategic enough to set goals and tactical enough to break them into action.
• Excited to learn and leverage  AI and emerging technology .

This is not a traditional CSR management role. We're looking for someone who understands sales, knows how to lead people, and wants to build something bigger.

Schedule & Travel

The sales operation runs 8 AM–9 PM EST , with teams across multiple time zones. This role requires flexibility based on business needs and team performance.

Travel is required , including quarterly meetings, company events, leadership trips, and other business needs. Travel may be as frequent as once per month.

Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
