Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a full-time, onsite school psychologist position based in a welcoming school environment near Dearborn, MI, with the added benefit of a potential hybrid arrangement—perform in-person student support and enjoy the flexibility of completing documentation from home.
Ideal candidates are passionate about fostering positive student development and delivering impactful mental health services in educational settings. Collaboration with educators, administrators, and families will help you shape effective learning experiences and support diverse student needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing psychological evaluations, counseling, and consultative services in K-12 schools
- Proficiency with conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for support
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation tailored to individual and group needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop plans that promote academic and social-emotional growth
- Develop, review, and help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and confidential records
- Offer expertise in program development and systems-level interventions to support a positive school climate
