Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Dearborn, MI
Full-Time or Part-Time | Center-Based & In-Home

No prior ABA experience? No problem!

• Competitive pay: $18- $25/hour , based on experience and location

• Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

• Accurately track data and progress in real-time

• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

• $18-$23/hour depending on qualifications and market

• Set your preferred availability—weekday, evening, and weekend options available

• Work close to home; we serve families throughout  Dearborn and surrounding areas

• Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact

• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Can pass a background check

• Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.

• Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
