Registered Nurse - Med Surg Travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 08/23/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Weekly pay: $2,138-$2,231 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. This is a hospital setting and travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients, including telemetry monitoring and routine post-procedure care
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, assess responses, and document findings in the electronic medical record
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and implement care plans with appropriate escalation when needed
- Support patients and families with education, discharge planning, and coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team
- Manage cardiology-related needs as applicable, including post-procedure care (e.g., TR band management, hemostasis) and stroke assessment
- May be asked to float to other units within scope of practice and assignment; proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation is reinforced by onboarding assessments
- EMR: Cerner experience is preferred but not required

Requirements
- Active RN license in NH or a Compact license required at time of submission; NURSYS verification of all active RN licenses
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; NHISS credentialing needed prior to start
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience; minimum 3 years telemetry experience required
- Experience with post-procedure cardiology care and hemodynamic monitoring; ability to manage hemostasis and dysrhythmia cases
- Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam with a passing score of 80% anticipated during onboarding
- RTO (approved time off) must be included at time of submission
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
