Product Artwork & Operations Coordinator

Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented Product & Artwork Operations Coordinator to support a leading global consumer products organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Packaging, Legal, and Operations teams and is comfortable managing detailed workflows, product data, documentation, and deadlines.

The person in this role will manage downstream documentation and product setup activities for assigned brands at the regional level. You’ll help ensure product information, codes, artwork, and supporting documentation are accurate and completed on schedule so products are ready to move through the process on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner regularly with Marketing teams to gather information on product portfolios, upcoming launches, promotional activities, and required product documentation.
• Create and maintain product codes/SKUs according to established calendars, processes, and regional priorities.
• Support Unicode creation, including alignment with Marketing and verification of required product parameters.
• Create project configurations linking product codes with the appropriate artwork and documentation.
• Track project timelines and proactively identify delays, missing information, or potential issues requiring escalation.
• Monitor product and project systems to identify codes without plans and coordinate with Marketing and Demand Planning teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate information impacting artwork development, including packaging restyles, technical updates, text changes, and other product modifications.
• Partner with Marketing to determine artwork requirements for upcoming launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Technical Documentation, Legal, Template, Repro, and Material Management.
• Define language clusters and identify opportunities to streamline or consolidate artwork across markets.
• Submit and track template requests, respond to questions, and follow development through completion.
• Create artwork briefs and manage artwork through the review and approval process.
• Coordinate with Repro Planners to track priority and time-sensitive artwork projects through final execution and packaging delivery.
• Maintain accurate project information and ensure key activities are completed according to established timelines and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing, product, packaging, artwork, supply chain, operations, or project coordination processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, SKUs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort working within data-management and business systems.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, product flow, packaging, artwork, or related documentation processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to proactively identify missing information or potential roadblocks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Technical, Operations, and external agency partners.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple teams.
