Oncology R&D Co-op

Johnson & Johnson seeks an oncology R&D co-op in Lexington, Massachusetts to support drug-device convergence product development for bladder cancer treatment. The role involves laboratory prototyping, testing, and technical analysis within a collaborative engineering and scientific team.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype drug-device combination products and delivery systems
- Conduct hands-on laboratory testing to evaluate prototype performance
- Collaborate with scientists to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Support preclinical manufacturing and characterization of investigational products
- Analyze and validate experimental data using programming tools
Requirements
- Laboratory experience with basic wet lab skills and aseptic procedures
- Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar programming languages
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Team-oriented with independent work capability and intellectual curiosity
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available
