We've partnered with a Boutique Litigation Practice is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing plaintiff-side practice in Glendale, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for an Arizona-licensed Attorney who can independently manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution. The firm offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibility, autonomy, and long-term growth potential. Location: Glendale, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office. Compensation $65,000 - $150,000+ DOE Key Responsibilities Handle Personal Injury litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Manage client communications and case strategy Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial proceedings when required Handle minors' compromises when applicable Requirements Active Arizona Bar license Personal injury litigation experience preferred Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Trial experience is a plus Minors' compromise experience is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development support Long-term advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
