Job Position: Personal Injury Attorney Location: Los Angeles & Orange County, California Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 3 days in office per week) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $220,000 Base Salary + 10% Guaranteed Year-End Bonus Experience Required: 4+ Years Bar Admission: Active California Bar License Required Key Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through settlement, arbitration, or trial. Conduct case evaluations, liability analysis, and damages assessments. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and settlement demands. Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court proceedings. Develop litigation strategies and work closely with experts, medical providers, and investigators. Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes. Stay current on California personal injury laws, procedural rules, and litigation trends. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 4 years of personal injury experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
