Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases throughout all stages of the claims and litigation process.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding case strategy and potential outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations to support case development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand packages, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Collaborate with support staff and other legal professionals to achieve favorable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Experience handling personal injury matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable settlements and resolutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
