Position Summary: Create an excellent and engaging experience in RevKids for elementary-aged children.

Essential Functions :

People Leadership

Lead and connect relationally with Team Members, Teams

• Communicate weekly (including curriculum notes and announcements)
• Lead Coaches meeting and oversee Small Groups
• Model and encourage Coaches to build relationships with their team through weekly contact
• Disciple and support Team Members in their personal growth
• Meet regularly with Small Group Leaders and Coaches for training and equipping
• Create a remarkable culture that makes people love serving in RevKids!
• Interview and place new Team Members; Train and Equip for ongoing effectiveness

Project Leadership

Creative Responsibilities

• Work with team members to create wow experiences for Team Members throughout the year.
• Be available to attend Team Member event-planning meetings when called upon.
• Small Group Related Administrative Responsibilities
• Input and maintain current information on Team Members
• Manage Team Member paperwork (Background checks, references, etc.)
• Special Event Support
• Work with the staff team to execute all aspects of special events
• Assist when appropriate for theme/context for special events
• Prepare Team Members for their role at special events
• Be a resource and encouragement to Team Members at the actual event
• Utilize individual gifts and talents (ex, speaking, graphic design, writing, etc.)
• Lead Next Step conversations with children for Baptism
• Attends staff and departmental meetings, complies with company attendance policy, observes all safety procedures and policies, and participates in training as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
