EMT, Paramedic, or LPN (Full-Time)

Job Overview Medcor is hiring a full-time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our occupational health clinic in Redmond, WA. The position runs Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating Fridays. Compensation ranges from $30–$35 per hour. Responsibilities Provide first‑aid care and treatment by triaging employees after injury according to step‑by‑step care protocols. Support employees with wellness, education, and teaching. Manage daily clinic operations, including ordering supplies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the employer’s Safety Team, Human Resources, and external medical providers at urgent care facilities and hospitals. Work independently with remote support from the operations manager and Medcor staff. Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations. Deliver superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees. Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs). Maintain internal team relationships and support onsite employee health and wellness programs. Collaborate with client health, safety, environmental, and human resources professionals on clinic matters. Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools. Perform pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings, physical assessment testing (PATs), and case management. Maintain OSHA record‑keeping. Qualifications – Must Have Work independently with strong time‑management and organizational skills. Hold valid licensure for the applied position and current CPR/BLS certification. Possess strong computer and technology skills (including navigating cell phones, texting, fax machines) and familiarity with EMR software. Be physically capable of lifting a 50‑lb emergency response bag. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintain a positive, outgoing personality and a willingness to go above and beyond. Show passion for people and a commitment to providing the best possible care. Bring a sense of fun to the workplace. Qualifications – Plus If Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment. Relevant occupational health experience. Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
