Customer Care Representative

We are a busy, high-performing insurance office looking for a dependable Customer Care Representative to support our growing client base. This role is focused on servicing existing customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience while also pivoting and recommending policies to better help the customers. This is an ideal position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping peoplewithout the pressure of aggressive sales quotas.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent service to existing insurance customers
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, ID cards, and coverage explanations
• Process endorsements, renewals, and basic policy reviews
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to licensed team members when additional coverage may be beneficial
• Support the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and office procedures

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
