Porter/Concierge POSITION The Porter/Concierge will be responsible, under the direction of the Super, for the maintenance and protection and privacy of the building and its occupants.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Porter Duties- Cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments
- Collecting and sorting trash
- Responsible for the upkeep of building exteriors and amenities
- Ensure property looks neat and presentable
- Minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs.
- Greet residents and visitors
- Responsible for identification/verification of all visitors and residents
- Provide security services such as monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, conducting patrols
- Communicating with residents to address concerns or complaints about the building or community
THURSDAY-SUNDAY- 1PM-8PM
COMPENSATION Compensation will be determined by the Employee Building Service prevailing wage schedule. LOCATION
