Location: Syosset, NY

Pay: Up to $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

A growing healthcare services organization is seeking  Client Coordinators to join its team. The company partners with insurance carriers, law firms, third-party administrators, and government agencies to coordinate healthcare-related services and support claims management processes.

As a Client Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, physicians, nurses, and authorized representatives. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills while managing inquiries and coordinating case information.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries received by phone, email, or internal portal, including appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and general case updates.
• Enter, update, and retrieve client and examinee information using internal systems and databases.
• Verify client information is accurate and ensure all client-specific guidelines are documented.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and case completion.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of clerical or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, internet applications, and standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Ideal Backgrounds

Candidates with experience in customer service, sales support, clerical work, administrative support, reception, call centers, medical offices, retail, or similar customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
