Position Highlights
- Climate-controlled shop environment
- Modern equipment - all vertical CNC machines are Haas
- Focus on precision, quality, and challenging work
- Constantly changing projects with minimal production runs
- CNC Machining Experience
- 3-5 years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with CNC mill setup and operation
- Setup & Manufacturing Knowledge
- Ability to perform complete setups independently
- Solid understanding of machining processes from start to finish
- Precision & Quality
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to consistently hold tight tolerances
- High attention to detail required
- Technical Skills
- Strong computer skills and NC machine operation background
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot tooling, setups, and machining issues
- Programming (Preferred)
- Prior programming experience or working knowledge of Esprit CAM is a plus
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Typical range: $25-$35 per hour , depending on qualifications
