Patient Representative

The Patient Representative is the face of OHKC and the first point of contact for visitors and patients upon entering the clinics. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience while ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors promptly and courteously. Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information and answer questions regarding clinic services and policies. Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely appointments and reduce wait times. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations. Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary. Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and professional at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in using computer systems and patient management software. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
