Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.Job Description:The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager.1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.These shift times are approximate and could start/end early. Occasional overtime, including Fridays is required for this position.Hiring Range: $56,100.00-77,000 annually, paid biweekly.
