1099 Contractor - General Handyman, Maintenance Technician

Our work includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, tree services, roofing, drywall repairs, interior and exterior painting, flooring, remediation, make-readies, appliances, and more. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service while maintaining clear communication and building lasting customer relationships. Our technicians generally work within their local service areas and handle residential service requests. Our maintenance division primarily works with property management partners, while our direct-to-client services support homeowners. Our projects team handles larger contracts and re-pipe projects.
