Operations Associate

Supporting a high-impact people operations function, the full-time remote Operations Associate IV will manage complex operational cases, oversee service delivery governance, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key responsibilities Manage complex operational cases and processes requiring strong judgment and advanced domain knowledge Support service delivery governance, operational monitoring, and performance reviews while identifying opportunities for process improvements Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs and process maps, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in service delivery functions such as onboarding, payroll, or HR operations Experience with case management and HRIS administration Strong process design and documentation skills, including SOP development Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and reporting Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-changing environments
